
Cafe Campers enjoy nutritious, wholesome and flavorful food made from regional, organic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients. From the locally-sourced produce to the compost pile, campers actively participate in a natural food cycle that is healthy for them and for the planet.
Each day's lunch includes salad bar, local vegetables, an entree, fresh fruit, juice, filtered water and dessert. Sample entrees are: pasta with pesto, roasted chicken, vegetable quesadillas, rice noodle stir-fry, beef and vegetarian tacos, grilled Italian sandwiches, chicken Caesar wraps. One lunch each week features wood oven pizzas. Every other week we gather for a picnic and enjoy Ronnybrook Farm ice cream. |
