Outdoors Hang ten this summer. As we expand our summer program we are excited to take advantage of one of our greatest natural resources, the ocean. Campers learn the fundamentals of surfing, advanced surfing skills, paddle boarding and water safety. They also learn about the ocean’s tides, riptides, currents, undertow and gain an appreciation for the power of the Atlantic ocean waves. Our surfing coaches provide individualized instruction with a minimum 2:1 ratio of instructors to campers. Campers travel to various surfing locations on the East End and learn to identify the conditions that bring in good surf.
